As the COVID-19 pandemic emerged in 2020, Redbox responded by implementing an innovative initiative designed to both attract customers to our kiosks and prioritize safety as our foremost objective. This initiative, known as the Touch-Free Kiosk, revolutionized the customer experience by enabling individuals to reserve movies conveniently online or via our mobile application. Upon arrival at the kiosk, customers could retrieve their selected disc effortlessly by completing a simple tap or swipe with their credit card, thereby initiating the dispensing process without the need for physical contact. This Touch-Free Kiosk feature not only streamlined the rental process but also underscored our commitment to providing a safe and convenient entertainment solution during challenging times.

Our organization utilized our G-Sticker to display information regarding our latest initiative. Incorporated within this sticker is a QR code, seamlessly redirecting users to a designed landing page explaining our commitment to maintaining the utmost standards of customer safety whilst providing our rental services. In addition to this, we had executed a dedicated email campaign and crafted a slider prominently displayed on the homepage of our website. These endeavors collectively aim to transparently communicate to our valued customers our proactive measures in ensuring not only the seamless provision of our services, but also prioritizing their safety and well-being.

By strategically employing Instagram, we effectively communicated key information on how to reserve movies online or through our app. Furthermore, we leveraged the platform's Inbox Message feature to facilitate direct engagement. Our approach was aimed at optimizing user convenience and fostering long-term patronage of our services.
